If you are unhappy for any reason with your product, please return it unused and undamaged within 14 days. Products damaged during transport are covered in the postage insurance.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery as all items are made to order. We are happy for you to collect your items during working hours by appointment.  Postage costs will cover insurance, packaging and handing. Products damaged in transit can be claimed for through the couriers insurance.
